Yes. Everything we bake is free from dairy and gluten as standard, so you never have to choose between a beautiful cake and a safe one. We can also work around egg, soya and nut requirements, just tell us what you need when you enquire.

How do you handle cross-contamination?

We bake in a dedicated free-from kitchen with separate equipment and carefully sourced ingredients. We're happy to talk through our process in detail, we know how much reassurance matters.

How far in advance should I order?

For celebration cakes we'd love at least four weeks' notice, and a little longer for weddings or larger orders. If your celebration is sooner, please still get in touch, we'll always try to help.

Do you deliver or is it collection only?

Collection is from Wrexham, and we deliver across North Wales, Cheshire and the surrounding areas for a small charge based on distance. Tiered cakes are always delivered and set up by us.

Often, yes. Every cake is dairy-free and gluten-free as standard, and we can usually work around egg, soya and nut requirements too. Tell us everything when you enquire and we'll be honest about what we can do safely.

Not in the way people expect. We've spent years refining our recipes so the sponge stays soft and moist, and most guests have no idea the cake is dairy-free and gluten-free until you tell them.

How much does a cake cost?

Celebration cakes start from around the price of a small single-tier design, and cost rises with size, tiers and detail. Share your ideas and guest numbers and we'll send a clear quote with no obligation.

How many people will my cake serve?

As a rough guide, a 6 inch round serves about 12 party slices, an 8 inch about 24, and a two-tier cake around 40 to 60. We'll always help you choose the right size for your guest list.

Do you make wedding cakes?

We do. Free-from wedding cakes are one of our favourite things to make, so every guest can enjoy the same slice. We'd love to talk through your day, colours and flowers.

Can I have a tasting before I order?

Yes, for weddings and larger orders we offer tasting boxes so you can try our flavours before committing. Just mention it when you enquire.

What flavours do you offer?

Favourites include vanilla, chocolate, lemon, salted caramel, biscoff, red velvet and raspberry. If you have a flavour in mind that isn't listed, ask us, we'll usually give it a go.

Can you make vegan cakes?

Yes. Because our cakes are already dairy-free, many designs can be made fully vegan. Let us know at the enquiry stage so we can plan the recipe and decoration.

How do I place an order?

Send us an enquiry with your date, guest numbers, dietary needs and any inspiration images. We'll reply with a quote and design suggestions, then a deposit secures your date.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit secures your date in the diary and the balance is due before collection or delivery. We'll set it all out clearly in writing so there are no surprises.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Wrexham, North Wales, Chester and Cheshire, and further afield by arrangement. Delivery is charged by distance and quoted upfront.

Do you make cupcakes, cookies and smaller treats?

We do. Cupcakes, cookies, brownies and dessert tables are all available dairy-free and gluten-free, and they work beautifully alongside a main cake.

How should I store my cake?

Keep your cake in its box at cool room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge where possible, as it dries the sponge. We'll give you specific advice when you collect.

How long will my cake stay fresh?

Cakes are at their best on the day of your celebration and stay lovely for two to three days after, stored properly. Sponge also freezes well if you'd like to keep a slice.

Can you copy a design I've seen online?

We can take inspiration from an image and create our own version in our style. We won't copy another baker's work exactly, but we'll make something you love just as much.
